A Glimpse into how it all began

It all started with an idea of providing Data consulting services with a team of five people, which today is a 160+ employees organization. After quitting L&T Infotech, and leaving behind his family business in Calcutta, Abhishek founded vCreaTek Consulting Services in 2014.

There was nothing but an idea that was nurtured in a way that today vCreaTek Consulting Services provides Healthcare Analytics Services, Consulting Services, Tech & IT Services, and even Academic Mentorship Programs to its clientele that hold a huge share in their respective markets.

Founder & CEO

Abhishek Rathi

Co-Founder of vCreaTek- Developing Data and Analytics led technology solutions for Retail & Supply Chain. Firsthand expertise in establishing Information Management and Analytics capabilities for Fortune 500 companies. Designing and developing analytical frameworks for significant business challenges in a variety of sectors. Management consulting, thought leadership, strategic planning, budgeting and leadership, as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis, are some of his specialties. He is proficient in Hadoop Ecosystem, AWS Big Data Stack, Teradata, Oracle, Salesforce, Tableau, Qlikview, Cognos, Informatica, Mulesoft, Open-Source Technologies, and others.

Director, Operations & Admin

Abhishek Tawde

A dynamic Supply Chain Management and Business Process Improvement specialist. Global Supply Chain Strategy, Hedge Management, Commodities Trading, Comprehensive Procurement, and Logistics Planning skills Expert in analysing data, evaluating supply chain performance, facilitating cost savings, and driving continuous improvements. An excellent team leader with experience leading cross-functional teams through interactive and motivating leadership; through coaching and execution, produced a clear and compelling vision of the future.

Director, Technical Operations & Training

Harish Gowtham

Harish, one of the first recruits of the company in 2014, has provided data analytics services around domains like Pharmaceutical, Home warranty, Metal Trading Industry and Retail. He became director of the company in 2017. He played a key role in the digital transformation of Belchina LLC, Dubai during 2015, which enhanced his knowledge regarding aspects of running a company. Since then, he has been involved in various domains BI project deliverables. He is well known for his problem-solving abilities, understanding of business-to-data relationships and his BI technical skills. Prior to joining vCreaTek he worked for LTI and Accion labs.

Director, Innovation & Emerging Technology

Irwing D’Souza

Irwing Dsouza, Vcreatek’s Director of Innovations & Emerging Technologies, leading team of professionals focused on strengthening Vcreatek in Areas of Cloud technologies, A.I., Statistical Analytics and Business Insights. Previously, Irwing led Vcreatek’s Advanced Analytics CoE, was responsible for the stewardship of Vcreatek AI and ML development, strategy, development, production and training. Before joining Vcreatek, Irwing held successive senior roles at Teradata, world leader in Analytics and Onward Technologies, and delivered advanced analytics projects for some of the most iconic brands, including AT&T, Wells Fargo and Target. Completed his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from university of Mumbai.

Namita Chimulkar

She is an effective communicator with strong analytical, problem-solving & organizational abilities, Namita contributes to the exciting technological advances within the organization. With a decade of experience in Business Analysis, Project management, Namita acquired skillset like SQL, Agile frameworks, UML, requirement elicitation, interpreting & analyzing data, Data warehousing, Data modelling & Data Visualization. Namita did Engineering from RIT -Goa university with Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication. You can find her travelling, reading and delving into culinary delights.

Director, Service Engineering & Delivery

Rakesh Tibude

Rakesh comes with 21+ years of experience and heads Global service delivery @vCreatek. He has a vast experience in managing large Data & Analytics engagements across multiple geographies and handled multiple Complex Digital Transformational projects, Application Development, Maintenance & Support engagements in Data & Analytics domain for marque clients in banking, retail and manufacturing industries. He comes with a strong Technology background with hands on experience/exposure to leading tools and technologies in Data Management, Data engineering, Business Intelligence and Advance Analytics area. Rakesh has proven pre sales and solutioning experience in handling RFI, RFPs and end-to-end proposals.

The Incubatee having been engaged in Data Analytics & Information Management Services for last 4 years and are currently developing an integrated physical commodity trading’s platform for the SME traders to use trusted marketplace, documentation and financial services features to connect globally and bring in better margin to their business, has approached incubator for an admission at incubator.

Mr. Abhishek Rathi, Founder & CEO vCreaTek Consulting Services Pvt Ltd. has been engaged with other AIC-MIT ADT Incubator Forum activities apart from his own incubation journey as a start-up. He has been an integral part as a mentor for business advisory to other incubated start-ups based on his domain expertise. He also has been actively participating and mentoring sessions related to ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) activities as a super mentor conducted since his incubation.
